AquaIgnis · aquaignis.io · one human, not a call centre

This is a small, personal project: an abstract strategy game with optional accounts and server-run AI. If you need to reach the person who runs the site, use the address below.

Good things to write about

• Bugs — what you clicked, what happened, browser if you know it
• Accounts — can’t sign in, want your account deleted
• Privacy — questions about what we store
• Game / rules — “how does X work?” or feedback on Learning / Challenge
• Human play — if you’d like a game or teaching chat

What to expect

There is no ticket system and no promise of a reply within the hour. Mail is read by a real person when they can — usually fine for serious questions, not for spam or “rank my site” SEO pitches.

What we don’t need

• Phone number or home address
• Passwords (never send your password by email)
• Full credit-card or payment details (there is no shop yet)
